Full scale aircraft are regulated by FAR 91.119 which restricts the aircraft to 1000 ft. above the ground for congested areas and 500 ft. for non-congested areas. Our planes are an extension of this service since we operate below these minimums. FAA Advisory Circular AC 91-57- Model Aircraft is strictly followed. Safety is paramount. Airspace, weather, population, and terrain are analyzed before each flight. Other options, such as aerial mast photography, or full scale plane photography will be offered if the shoot is determined to be a safety risk. Acquiring permission to access restricted areas is the responsibility of the buyer.
